Have you ever wondered why PM's spend so much time telling you what to do RIGHT, but hardly any time admitting that THEY are wrong. Yes, this is a PMP trap every PM falls into. We do in fact think we know more than everyone else, because mostly we do--when it comes to our projects. After all, our role is "integrator" and therefore we should be the ones that know how it all fits together.
Well this blog is dedicated to being WRONG. A place were PM's don't always get it right and in fact many times completely screw up and say the wrong things.
What better way to learn than with a spoon full of our own medicine. Lessons Learned!!! Well here it is, a site dedicated to the PM faux pas.
